DTC stands for Diagnostic Trouble Code. These codes are used across the industry as a way of telling exactly what is wrong with a vehicle. DTC codes are very helpful when trying to diagnose an SRS problem.
You can get DTC codes by using a OBD2 scanner which connects to your cars OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) port.
