If you can’t communicate with the airbag module, first make sure that your scanner is capable of reading SRS codes. If it is, then make sure that the module is secured in the vehicle.
If the module is secured in the vehicle, and the scanner tool is capable of reading the SRS codes, then it might be an issue with the connection
Look out for any damage on the module and look out for any signs of an internal fault. Learn more about internal faults here.
